For a long time they looked at the river beneath them, saying nothing, and the river said nothing too, for it felt very quiet and peaceful on this summer afternoon.

Squash Blossom
Today I harvested lavender and sweet Sungold cherry tomatoes and one tiny zucchini. The garden is a jungle of squash and pumpkin blossoms and vines, and the sunflowers are blooming. We've got an almost-golden pumpkin in one corner. Life is good.
Can I trade you some ripe tomatoes for some orange pumpkins? Ours are still green!!! Well, the baby ones are orange, but the Big Mac's are very, very, very... sigh.. green. ~Dawn
Mmmmmmmm, love squash! and Zuchinni...and, well...have I mentioned I want a garden? lol! I have a few people that bring me goodies from theirs...for that, I am very blessed! As a matter of fact, I think I'll go have some 'maters right now with lunch!
